“Your Event, Your Space: Terms for a Seamless Experience”

Access and Setup

  • Event Timing: Clients will have access to the venue for setup 1 hour prior to the event start time and must vacate the premises by the agreed-upon time. Additional hours may be added at a rate of $50/hour, subject to availability.
  • Decorations: No nails, tacks, or adhesives may be used on walls or fixtures. Open flames are prohibited unless in approved containers (e.g., votive candles). Any Glitter or Confetti use will result in a Cleaning Fee.

Golf Course Access

  • Venue Use: Rental of the venue does not include access to the golf course or its facilities ( Pool, Grounds ). The course is strictly off-limits during your event to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests and golfers. (If you have questions please ask)
  • Shared Venue Policy: When renting a single room, access is limited to the specific space outlined in your agreement. Please note that other areas of the venue may be rented simultaneously for separate events. We kindly ask that your event remain contained within your designated area to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • Child Supervision: To maintain safety, all children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Any children found on the golf course will be kindly escorted back to their parents and requested to remain within the designated event space.

***NEW 2025 Food

  • Outside Food Policy: To ensure compliance with county health codes and maintain the highest standards of food safety, outside food is not permitted on the premises. All food served at our venue is prepared in our licensed facility, allowing us to meet stringent health and safety requirements monitored by the county. Exceptions may be made for specialty items such as wedding cakes, cupcakes, and specialty cookies if they are prepared in a licensed facility and transported in accordance with city regulations. Prior approval is required for any outside items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Alcohol Service

  • Alcohol Policy: For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, no outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. Our venue is fully licensed to provide alcoholic beverages, and all alcohol must be purchased and served through our establishment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
  • Responsible Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is acting inappropriately.

Payments, Liability and Damages

  • Payments: A deposit of 25% is required upon booking and will be applied to the final bill. Final Payment is due 10 days before the event along with final guest counts and event details.
  • Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for damages caused by their guests, vendors, or service providers. Any damages will be billed to the client.
  • Liability Waiver: The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or injuries sustained during the event.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any monies paid are considered non-refundable deposits and will not be returned. Final payment is not due until 10 days before the event.
  • Cancellation by Venue: The venue reserves the right to cancel an event in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, power outages) and will issue a refund or reschedule the event.

Noise and Conduct

  • Noise levels must comply with local regulations. Music must end by 11 PM unless otherwise approved.
  • The venue reserves the right to address any behavior that disrupts the event or the property, including escorting unruly guests off the premises.

Clean-Up

  • The client is responsible for removing all personal items and decorations by the end of the agreed rental time. The venue will handle general cleanup, but excessive cleaning required may result in an additional fee of $25/hour.

Insurance

Event insurance may be required for larger events. Proof of insurance must be provided no later than 10 days prior to the event.
